Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Asian Savour World Pty. Ltd t/a Wang Trading. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for returning items and seeking refunds in our retail store located in New Zealand. By making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Returns and Exchanges:

  1. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7days of the purchase date with a valid receipt.

  2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Perishable and consumable items, such as frozen, chilled and food items, cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

  3. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    1. Visit our retail store where you made the purchase, bringing along the item(s) you wish to return or exchange along with your receipt.

    2. Our staff will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria.

    3. Depending on the nature of the return, you will be provided with a refund, exchange, or store credit.
       

Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

  2. Once we inspect the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.


Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please visit the retail store where you made the purchase within 48 hours of your purchase.

  2. Our staff will assess the damage or defect and provide you with a refund, exchange, or store credit, based on your preference and product availability.
     

Non-Returnable items:

  1. Perishable and consumable items, including frozen, chilled and food products, cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene concerns.

  2. Items that have been opened, used, or are not it their original condition with all packaging and tags intact may not be eligible for return.


Receipt Requirement:

A valid receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds.
